Anything purchased from this site is despatched from our warehouse in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand, within 48 hours, by NZ Standard Post. You can expect delivery in New Zealand within two days, Australia and the South Pacific within 5-7 days.

If you need your swimwear faster, there is an option to upgrade to Courier delivery.

You and your kids can try the swimwear on in your home. We're pretty sure you'll like it as we get very few returns. However, if the size or the colour is not perfect, or if you simply change your mind, you can return any or all items to us, within one month of purchase, for a full exchange or refund, no questions asked. Returns are refunded or exchanged within 7 days.

You are responsible for the return postage, but because the swimwear is so light it is very cheap to post. If we need to send you replacement items, of course we pay the postage to send these out again.

There is an excellent sizing chart on site, which reflects average European size children. If your child is average in his/her class, you can confidently buy for age. 5-6 years fits from the 5th to 7th birthday.

For most items the key measurement is body length. As we design and fit all the swimwear ourselves we are confident in the accuracy of our sizes and they are consistent across designs. We sell our top and bottoms separately, so if you like tight shorts and baggy tops, no problem.
